Gabriella Lopez
Gabriella E. Lopez joined HD Law Partners in 2022 after passing both the North Carolina and Florida Bar. She graduated from Elon University School of Law, in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2021, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers based on her oral advocacy and legal writing skills. Prior to, and throughout, law school, Gabriella interned with multiple judges, including the Honorable Judge Patricia Strowbridge in Osceola County, Florida; the Honorable Judge Jeffrey Carpenter, in the North Carolina Court of Appeals; and in the chambers of the Navy-Marine Trial Judiciary on Marine Corp. Base Camp Lejuene, in North Carolina.
After graduating law school, Gabriella began her career with HD Law partners where she focuses on complex motion and appellate practice. Over the past few years, she has written many successful dispositive motions and has appeared in front of the Second and Fourt DCA. Gabriella also stays involved in the local high school mock trial and moot court community by volunteering to assist in coaching high school students to prepare for competitions. In her spare time, Gabriella enjoys fishing and reading.
