Justin K. Fahringer joined HD Law Partners in 2024. He graduated from Stetson College of Law in 2010 and was a member of their nationally recognized Trial Team. Justin began his legal career representing bankruptcy trustees enforcing consumer protection statutes against unfair and deceptive practices. After gaining civil experience, Justin joined the Public Defender’s Office in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. As a Public Defender, Justin protected the rights of all of his clients conducting over fifty (50) first chair felony trials to verdict, handling all types of criminal proceedings, and litigated hundreds of complex evidence hearings involving computer science, engineering, toxicology, forensic science, statistics, medical, and psychology. Before joining HD Law Partner, Justin was a member of Lydecker LLP’s trial practice group, specializing in First Party and Third Party property cases.
Justin is also very involved with the Hillsborough County Bar Association. For over a decade, Justin has co-chaired the Honorable Judge Robert J. Simms High School Mock Trial Competition Committee, which organizes regional events for high school students to learn how to become a trial lawyer.
Outside of the courtroom, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and learning the “secrets” of pickleball.
