Can I sue the driver of the car I was riding in if I was injured in a Florida car accident?

You can sue the driver of the vehicle that you were riding in. Under their bodily injury coverage under their insurance policy with their motor vehicle carrier, you can make a claim against them. Or you can make a claim of the other driver in the other vehicle as well, in addition to that.

There are several different avenues that you can pursue to make sure that your medical expenses are covered.
